Mr. Nneji is the Chairman, TRANSIT SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED; Founder/Director, ABC Transport Plc and Chairman, Mayfair Suites and Conference Centre, Owerri, Nigeria.

Mr. Frank Nneji obtained B.Sc Honors in Zoology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1982. He passed through the Chief Executive Programme of the Lagos Business School [LBS], Nigeria and Wharton Business School, Philadelphia, USA.

Mr Frank Nneji was a member, Steering Committee, Road Transport, Bureau for Public Enterprise (2001); Board Member, Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA)2002-200; President, Owerri Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (OCCIMA) 2002-2003 and member, West Africa Road Safety Organisation (2013 to date), amongst various engagements.

Mr Frank has received numerous awards.
